Prince George’s County Police are investigating a fatal pedestrian accident that occurred early Tuesday morning. The victim, identified as 45-year-old Quintinia Milledge of Clinton, Maryland, was struck by a vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.

The incident occurred on October 15, 2024, at around 6:05 a.m. when officers were dispatched to the area of Piscataway Road and Surratts Village Drive following a report of a pedestrian collision. Upon arrival, officers found Milledge in the roadway suffering from severe trauma. Emergency medical services confirmed her death on-site.

According to the preliminary investigation, Milledge was hit by a vehicle while she was in the eastbound lane of Piscataway Road. The driver involved in the collision remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.

Prince George’s County Police Department’s Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is leading the investigation into the cause of the collision. Authorities have not released further details about the driver or the circumstances leading up to the accident.
