HOLLYWOOD, MD – The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a 19-year-old Hollywood resident who was reported missing last week.

Deputies responded to an emergency medical services call on Monday, January 27, 2025, in the 25000 block of Jones Wharf Road, where they discovered the body of Matthew Skye Keister. Authorities transported the remains to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore for an autopsy.

Keister was reported missing on Sunday, January 26, and was last seen on January 20, according to law enforcement. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance and death remain under investigation.
