The U.S. Postal Service has introduced “American Vistas,” a new set of Presorted Standard stamps designed for business mail users. The stamps, which depict scenic landscapes, were unveiled at the San Diego Stamp Show and highlight the beauty and vastness of America’s natural spaces.

Designed by USPS art director Greg Breeding with artwork from DKNG Studios, the stamps showcase two of the country’s most beloved landscapes: the shoreline and the mountains.

“For Presorted Standard stamps, we like to showcase broadly appealing imagery from across America,” said Breeding. “These two paintings have a kind of Americana feel by displaying both mountains and the shore, both iconic to the American landscape. Because of their unique design style and use of color, the images come off as very fresh and engaging.”

One stamp features a beach at sunset, with a lone sailboat on the horizon, while the other presents a mountain landscape at night, with a cabin overlooking a lake. When placed side by side, the stamps create a unified design with a shared horizon line, blending sky and water for a balanced composition.

Nathan Goldman of DKNG Studios explained, “The sweeping sky in the beach scene matches the lake in the mountain scene, creating balance and a sense of calm in the artwork.”

For generations, Americans have looked to nature as a source of freedom, relaxation, and inspiration, making both the mountains and the shore popular vacation destinations. The “American Vistas” stamps reflect this connection, offering a visually appealing and nostalgic design for bulk mailing.

The self-adhesive stamps will be sold in coils of 3,000 and 10,000, making them ideal for businesses and high-volume mail users.

News of the release is being shared with the hashtag #AmericanVistasStamps.
