WALDORF, Md. — Detectives from the Charles County Sheriff’s Office and Prince George’s County Police Department discovered a body believed to be Lesbia Mileth Ramirez Guerra, a woman reported missing from her Waldorf home, in Cedarville State Forest on April 17, 2025. The discovery has led to arrest warrants for two suspects in connection with her death.
Guerra, who vanished from her residence on March 31, was reported missing by her boyfriend on April 2. Since then, investigators pursued leads, interviewed witnesses, and analyzed digital evidence to locate her. Their efforts directed them to a heavily wooded area in Cedarville State Forest, (Per Diane Richardson of the Charles Cunty Sherriff’s Office) The location of where the body was recovered is technically outside of Cedarville State Forest; however, you must drive through the forest to get to the location, where they found a buried body believed to be Guerra’s. The remains were transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore for an autopsy to confirm identity and determine the cause of death.
Following the discovery, authorities issued an arrest warrant for Guerra’s boyfriend, Keycy Robinson Alexi Barrera Rosa, 24, of Waldorf, charging him with murder. Barrera Rosa is currently in custody outside Maryland, awaiting extradition to Charles County. Additionally, Prince George’s County Police charged Rolvin Eduardo Bererra Bererra, 37, also of Waldorf and Barrera Rosa’s uncle, as an accessory for actions taken in Prince George’s County after the alleged murder. Bererra is being held without bond at the Charles County Detention Center.

Sheriff Troy D. Berry expressed gratitude for the collaborative efforts in the case, stating, “While this was not the ending that we all hoped for, I am grateful to all those who worked so hard to find Ms. Guerra. On behalf of the Charles County Sheriff’s Office, I offer our most sincere condolences to all of her family and friends.”
