Boardwalk Rock 2025, held on May 17-18 in Ocean City, Maryland, was a thrilling debut music festival that electrified the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk and Inlet Beach.
Produced by C3 Presents, known for Oceans Calling and Country Calling, the two-day event featured over 25 rock bands across three stages—two on the beach and one along the boardwalk—with headliners like Def Leppard, Rob Zombie, Nickelback, and Shinedown, alongside acts such as Halestorm, Alice Cooper, and Three Days Grace.
Attracting 55,000 fans on its first day alone, the festival offered an immersive experience with local food vendors, boardwalk businesses, and access to Jolly Roger at the Pier amusement park. Despite logistical challenges noted by some attendees, the event’s high-energy performances, hosted by rock radio DJ Eddie Trunk, and vibrant beachside atmosphere made it a standout springtime celebration of rock and roll.
