LONG POND, Pa. — Pocono Raceway, known as “The Tricky Triangle,” hosts a NASCAR tripleheader weekend starting Friday, June 20, 2025, culminating with the NASCAR Cup Series’ The Great American Getaway 400 Presented by VISITPA.com on Sunday, June 22, at 2 p.m. ET. The 92nd Cup Series race at the 2.5-mile tri-oval, broadcast on Amazon Prime, MRN, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio (Channel 90), covers 400 miles across 160 laps, with a purse of $11,055,250.

The NASCAR Xfinity Series’ Explore The Pocono Mountains 250 runs Saturday, June 21, at 3:30 p.m. ET on The CW, offering a $1,651,939 purse over 100 laps. The NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series opens the weekend with the MillerTech Battery 200 on Friday at 5 p.m. ET on FS1, with a $782,900 purse spanning 80 laps. All races feature stages, with Cup Series stages ending on laps 30, 95, and 160; Xfinity on laps 25, 50, and 100; and Truck on laps 20, 40, and 80.

Denny Hamlin, with seven Pocono Cup Series wins, returns after missing Mexico City, aiming to extend his dominance at a track where he’s the only repeat winner in the last eight races. “Pocono’s unique layout makes it a fan favorite,” said Pocono Raceway President Ben May, noting the event’s $75 million economic impact. Eight active drivers, including Hamlin, Kyle Busch, and Ryan Blaney, have Pocono victories, with William Byron holding the best all-time average finish at 9.36.

The Cup Series race, the 17th of 36, is the final seeding event for the In-Season Challenge, setting the 32-driver bracket for Atlanta. With 10 races left before the playoffs, the bubble is tight, with Chris Buescher 19 points ahead of Ryan Preece. William Byron leads the points standings by 67 over Kyle Larson, with Hendrick Motorsports holding three of the top four spots.

In the Xfinity Series, Austin Hill is the only past Pocono winner in the field for the 10th race there since 2016. Chase Elliott makes his second 2025 Xfinity start in Hendrick’s No. 17, with Dale Earnhardt Jr. as crew chief. Justin Allgaier, with 10 top-five finishes this season, eyes a record-breaking 300th career top-10. The Truck Series, marking its 16th Pocono race, features past winners Corey Heim, Chandler Smith, and Brandon Jones, with 12 drivers making their debut at the track.

Fans can stream the Cup Series on Amazon Prime, with practice and qualifying on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. ET. Xfinity practice and qualifying stream on The CW App at 10 a.m., while Truck Series events air on FS2 and FS1. Tickets are available at Pocono Raceway’s website.
