LA PLATA, Md. — A Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was sold at Lady’s Liquors, located at 6474 Crain Highway in La Plata, for the June 25, 2025, drawing. The third-tier winning ticket matched four numbers plus the Powerball, marking another significant win for the Charles County retailer.
The winning numbers were 2, 12, 37, 51, 61, with a Powerball of 22. No ticket matched all five numbers and the Powerball, pushing the jackpot for the June 28 drawing to an estimated $155 million annuity or $69.8 million cash option. Maryland saw 7,444 winners in the June 25 drawing, with prizes ranging from $4 to $50,000.
