WHITE PLAINS, Md. — On July 10, 2025, at 10:15 p.m., Charles County Sheriff’s Office patrol officers responded to a Charles County robbery in the 4500 block of Crain Highway, White Plains, following a report of a citizen robbery. A preliminary investigation revealed that a victim was walking in the area when an unknown male approached, assaulted him by punching him multiple times in the head, and stole his jacket and cell phone. Officers quickly canvassed the area, located the suspect nearby, and recovered the victim’s stolen property.
The suspect, identified as Tyrone Lorenzo Parker, 37, of Baltimore, was positively identified by the victim and arrested. Parker faces charges of robbery, theft, and assault related to the Charles County robbery. He is currently held without bond at the Charles County Detention Center.
