The Charles County Chamber of Commerce announced its 2026 Board of Directors on or around January 8, 2026, marking the start of service for new and returning members during the organization’s 70th anniversary year. The board will guide the chamber’s efforts to advocate for local businesses, promote collaboration, and support community growth in Charles County, Maryland.
The announcement highlights the installation of five new directors for the class of 2026–2028: Caprice Brown of UMCRMC Foundation, Kelvinda Kamara of K&I Healthcare Services, Adrienne Somerville of TTSC and Somerville Consulting Group, Cassie Stillwell of Shore United Bank, and Ashley Branch Wade of Branching Out Solutions.





Executive leadership positions include Chair LaKeysha Moore of Your Nu Image, Chair-Elect Nevery Berry of Minuteman Press Waldorf, Vice Chair LaTasha Briscoe of LB Innovations Events & The Space, Treasurer Matt Martin of CMI General Contractors, Assistant Treasurer Pam Frank of Charles County Military Alliance Council, Member-At-Large Danielle Conrow of Rodgers Consulting, Parliamentarian Dr. Dee Sapp of Accessibility Bridge Corporation, and Past Chair Natonya Thomas of The Shops at Waldorf Center. Kathy Guzman serves as the non-voting secretary for the Charles County Chamber of Commerce.
Additional board members are Herb Banks of Copper Compass Craft Distilling Co. (class of 2024–2026), Rhosheeda Proctor, Diversity & Inclusion Director at SMECO (class of 2024–2026), Jammal Dorsey (class of 2025–2027), and Sue Greer (class of 2025–2027).













The chamber, established in 1956 and known as the voice of business in Charles County, relies on its board to advance priorities such as economic development, networking, and legislative advocacy. The 2026 board’s composition reflects a mix of new perspectives from healthcare, consulting, banking, and other sectors, alongside experienced leaders from prior terms.
The board’s work supports Charles County’s business environment, including in areas like Waldorf, La Plata, and other communities in Southern Maryland. With the milestone 70th anniversary, the group aims to build on decades of service to foster business growth amid regional economic trends.
