On March 11, 2008, at approximately 6 a.m., deputies responded to Brown’s residence at 4450 Livingston Road in Indian Head for a death investigation. Officers discovered the 39-year-old victim inside with gunshot wounds, determining he had been shot several hours earlier. The case quickly shifted to a homicide probe after initial assessments ruled out suicide. Despite ongoing efforts by detectives, no arrests have been made, and the investigation remains active as a cold case.
