Starting May 6, fans can try six new specialty drinks made to match every mood and moment.

The new Refreshers are:

  • Strawberry Watermelon Refresher – sweet strawberry and watermelon flavors with lemonade and freeze-dried strawberries.
  • Mango Pineapple Refresher – tropical mango and pineapple with lemonade and strawberry popping boba.
  • Blackberry Passion Fruit Refresher – bold blackberry and passion fruit with lemonade and freeze-dried dragon fruit.

The crafted sodas include:

  • Sprite Berry Blast – iconic Sprite with blue raspberry syrup and cold foam.
  • Orange Dream – a twist on the classic Hi-C Orange Lavaburst with vanilla and cold foam.
  • Dirty Dr Pepper – classic Dr Pepper layered with vanilla and topped with cold foam.

These drinks join McDonald’s long-standing beverage favorites and are now permanent menu items at participating restaurants nationwide, including dozens of locations across Southern Maryland. Local families can enjoy them during summer road trips, after-school treats or weekend outings. Many restaurants offer drive-thru service, making them convenient for busy tri-county residents.

To elevate the experience, McDonald’s partnered with designer Susan Alexandra to create six limited-edition beaded drink carriers. Each carrier includes a $10 McDonald’s Arch Card and will be available for purchase on SusanAlexandra.com starting May 6 while supplies last.

We teamed up with designer Susan Alexandra to drop six limited-edition beaded drink carriers that free up your hands and elevate your look.

“Our fans have an obsession with beverages – to them, drinks are more than just drinks,” said Alyssa Buetikofer, Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer, McDonald’s USA. “We’ve taken the time to get this right, introducing new drinks that are hand-crafted with bold flavors and quality ingredients our fans can taste in every sip. Only McDonald’s can bring that kind of experience to life consistently across nearly 14,000 restaurants, every single day.”

The launch builds on McDonald’s history of iconic drinks such as Sprite, Diet Coke and the return of Hi-C Orange Lavaburst. The new lineup gives customers more reasons to stop by their neighborhood McDonald’s in places like Prince Frederick, Waldorf, Leonardtown and California.
