
TEMPLE HILLS, Md. — A 51-year-old Clinton man has been charged with first- and second-degree murder in the April shooting death of a 38-year-old Washington, D.C., woman at Oxon Run Community Park.
Prince George’s County police identified and charged William Jolly in the death of Juanita Frazier. Jolly was arrested Friday at his home in Clinton by the PGPD Fugitive Unit, which is part of the U.S. Marshals Service Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force. He is being held in the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status.
According to police, on April 28, 2026, at approximately 10:15 p.m., officers from the Maryland-National Capital Park Police – Prince George’s County Division and the Prince George’s County Police Department responded to Oxon Run Community Park for a report of an unresponsive woman. Frazier was found in a parking lot suffering from gunshot wound(s) and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Through investigative techniques, detectives identified Jolly as the suspect and obtained an arrest warrant. The preliminary investigation indicates that Jolly drove Frazier to the park before shooting her and leaving the area. The motive remains under investigation.
The Prince George’s County Police Department investigates all homicides that occur within the jurisdiction of the Maryland-National Capital Park Police – Prince George’s County Division.
