PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. — The Calvert County Sheriff’s Office has named Deputy First Class Ryan Campbell as Deputy of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2026.

The award recognizes Campbell’s exceptional performance, professionalism and dedication to the citizens of Calvert County.

Throughout the quarter, DFC Campbell demonstrated an outstanding work ethic through proactive policing and a strong commitment to public safety. His productivity and initiative have made a positive impact on the community.

Campbell has also emerged as a leader within the Patrol Bureau. He was selected to serve on the Sheriff’s Office Drone Unit and entrusted with coordinating the agency’s Honor Guard.

“DFC Campbell’s sound judgment, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others have made him an invaluable member of the Patrol Bureau,” officials noted. “He leads by example and consistently embodies the core values of the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office through his dedication to public service, integrity, and excellence.”
