ST. MARY’S CITY — Emma Mastrangelo picked the right day for the first multi-goal game of her career.
The senior forward scored both St. Mary’s College of Maryland goals, the second with 4:39 left, as the Seahawks beat Immaculata 2-1 on Senior Day Saturday, Oct. 17, at JLR Stadium. The win lifted St. Mary’s to 7-6 overall and 3-1 in the United East Conference.
Mastrangelo opened the scoring at 22:10 of the second period, finishing a short pass from sophomore Morgan Knott, according to the college’s recap. It held until 46:08, when Immaculata’s Alexis Andrada tied it with her eighth goal of the season.
