On February 20, 2018, deputies from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 30000 block of Mary Helen Lane in Leonardtown, for a report of shots fired into a residence. Upon arrival, deputies discerned there were numerous occupants in the residence, and one victim had been directly fired at, however the victim was uninjured.
