February 2, 2018, the Maryland State Police Easton Barrack received a 911 call in St. Michaels, Md. Troopers conducted an investigation and arrested Cynthia Lynn Harris , 52 of La Plata and Kimberly Ann Kerr, 46 of Severna Park for possession of crack cocaine and CDS paraphernalia.
Kerr was wanted on several active arrests warrant through Calvert and St Mary’s Counties, Md. Both were taken before a court commissioner, Harris was released on signature and Kerr was held without bond.
