Learn the basic fundamentals of freestyle, backstroke and butterfly along with flip turns from certified swim instructors.
Free for active-duty; $10 all others.

Wednesday, July 25 from 9-11 a.m. | Weight House Fitness Center
Stay active this summer! Learn to play different sports such as floor hockey, football, kickball and soccer.
This is free and open to youth ages 10 and older with base access.

-Mars Exploration
Wednesday, July 25 at 4:30 p.m. | MWR Library
Create your own Martian using craft materials and Ultra Violet beads. Explore how UV radiation from the sun can affect life on Mars.

-Massage 101
Thursday, July 26 from 5:30-7 p.m. | Community Recreation
A professional massage therapist will be here to teach basic therapeutic massage techniques to do at home.
