Deputy Director Deborah Dofflemyer is officially retiring today after 32 years of dedicated service to the Charles County Sheriff’s Office!

Dep. Director Dofflemyer began her career at the Charles County Detention Center (CCDC) in March of 1986. In her 32 years of service, she has served as the Standards Coordinator, Intake Sergeant, Shift Commander, Support Services Commander and finally as the Deputy Director of the Detention Center. She received several awards and commendations, including being named “Officer of the Quarter” several times as as “Officer of the Year” in 1999.
