Theft-  On September 13, 2018, Cpl. Reppel responded to the 46000 block of Lexington Village Way, in California, for a reported theft.  Investigation determined Amanda Elizabeth Kemp, age 27 of Avenue, concealed items on her person and attempted to leave the Kohl’s store without purchasing the items.  Kemp was charged via Criminal Citation for Theft.   CASE# 48726-18

Trespassing-  On September 13, 2018, DFC. Muschette responded to the 48000 block of Compass Circle in Lexington Park, for a reported trespassing.  Investigation determined officers were on scene conducting a court ordered eviction and after numerous requests to vacate the premises, Bernadette Marie Walker, age 48 of Lexington Park, refused to do so.  Walker was arrested and charged with Trespass; Private Property.  CASE# 48682-18 (No Picture Available)

Theft-  On September 14, 2018, Cpl. Connelly responded to the 21000 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, for a reported theft. Investigation determined Angel Patrice Davis, age 23 of Lexington Park, removed property during her shift at Kentucky Fried Chicken.  Davis was charged via a Criminal Citation with Theft.  CASE# 48943-18 (No Photograph Available)

Protective Order Violation-  On September 14, 2018, DFC. McCuen responded to the 26000 block of South Sandgates Road in Mechanicsville, to serve a exparte order on Krystal Anne Shleman, age 33 of Mechanicsville.  After the order was served, and while DFC. McCuen was still on scene ensuring Shlemon left the residence, Shleman yelled at the victim, and made a threatening hand gesture.  Per the order Shelman was not permitted contact of any kind with the victim. Shlemon was arrested and charged with Violation of Exparte Order.  CASE# 48985-18

CDS Arrest-  On September 14, 2018, DFC. Tirpak responded to the 46000 block of Expedition Drive in Lexington Park, for the check the welfare of a female lying in the parking lot.  Upon arrival, Shenandoah Dornell Benton, age 42 of Lexington Park, was located lying face down, with two air duster cans around her.  While in the presence of DFC. Tirpak, Benton woke up, and retrieved a third can she had underneath her and began huffing that can; the can was removed from Benton and she was placed under arrest and charged with CDS: Inhale Harmful Substance.  CASE# 49015-18
