During the week of October 8 – October 14 deputies of the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office responded to 1,511 calls for service throughout the community.


Damaged Property: 18-54812 & 18-55107 On October 9, 2018 Deputy Trigg was at Patuxent High School when he noticed graffiti in multiple areas of the men’s bathroom. On October 10th he checked the bathroom again and found more graffiti in the stalls. The estimated value of damaged property is $25. 


Damaged Property: 18-55520 On October 12, 2018 Deputy Bowlan responded to Hunting Creek Road, Huntingtown for the report of damaged property. The complainant advised on October 9th an unknown suspect damaged the windshield wiper of his vehicle. The value of damaged property is $300. 


Theft: 18-54811 On October 9, 2018 Deputy Sampson responded to Plum Point Road, Huntingtown for the report of a theft. The complainant advised sometime between October 8th at 6:00 PM and October 9th at 7:00 AM an unknown suspect(s) stole 3 radios along with various other items from their job site. The radios are valued at $6,000-$8,000 each. 


Theft: 18-55156 On October 10, 2018 Deputy Pounsberry was contacted by a complainant who advised sometime between October 8th and October 10th an unknown suspect(s) stole approximately 30 Adderall and his prescription bottle from the center console of his vehicle. 


Theft: 18-55874 On October 14, 2018 Deputy Josey responded to Cypress Road, St Leonard for the report of damaged property. The complainant advised sometime between October 13th at 8:00 PM and October 14th at 8:00 PM an unknown suspect(s) vandalized the statue on her front lawn. The value of the damaged property is $400.
