On November 9, 2018 at approximately 2:13 a.m., officers responded the 6700 block of Ritchie Highway for a suspicious vehicle. While checking the vehicle, officers discovered the suspect inside along suspected heroin in plain view. Officers searched the vehicle and suspect and recovered the following:
- 26 capsules of suspected heroin (approximate weight 7.66 Grams)
- 5 baggies of suspected crack cocaine (approximate weight 1.36 grams)
- 1 piece of suspected crack cocaine (approximate weight 1.21 grams)
- Several items of CDS paraphernalia
- $377.00 of US currency
The suspect was charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin and cocaine, possession of CDS cocaine and heroin, possession of CDS paraphernalia, and served three active arrests warrants.
