PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. – Jan. 23, 2019 – The Calvert County Department of Parks & Recreation will host a free community swim day Friday, Jan. 25, at the Edward T. Hall Aquatic Center to provide a fun, free activity for families impacted by the federal government shutdown. All county citizens and their families are invited to attend this free day event

Residents are encouraged to visit the aquatic center located at 130 Auto Drive in Prince Frederick during normal operating hours of 6 a.m.-9 p.m. with the children’s pool opening at noon. Scheduled classes and team practices will not be affected by the event.
