ST. MARY’S CITY, Md. – The St. Mary’s College of Maryland Women’s swimming team rolled onto day three in the CAC Championships as they held their spot in third place overall.

How it Happened
– Brenna Litysnski placed third in the 200-yard freestyle prelims with a time of 1:58.13. She would later go on to improve her placing by finishing second in the 200-yard freestyle final by swimming a 1:56.36.
– Carolyn Sutton took fifth overall in the 100-yard butterfly by swimming a 59.97.
– Hailley Baughman swam a 1:05.91 in the 100-yard breaststroke final, which was good enough for first overall. To top her first place finish her time was also a school record in the 100-yard breaststroke.
– Sutton, Baughman, Rebecca Sonnenberg and Litynski all competed in the 400-yard medley relay and took fourth overall with a time of 4:02.85
