ST. MARY’S CITY, Md. – The St. Mary’s College of Maryland Women’s swimming team rolled onto day three in the CAC Championships as they held their spot in third place overall.

  3. St. Mary’s College of Maryland – 271
  4. Salisbury University – 202
  5. Frostburg State University – 189

How it Happened

– Brenna Litysnski placed third in the 200-yard freestyle prelims with a time of 1:58.13. She would later go on to improve her placing by finishing second in the 200-yard freestyle final by swimming a 1:56.36.

Carolyn Suttontook fifth overall in the 100-yard butterfly by swimming a 59.97.

Hailley Baughmanswam a 1:05.91 in the 100-yard breaststroke final, which was good enough for first overall. To top her first place finish her time was also a school record in the 100-yard breaststroke.

Sutton,Baughman,Rebecca Sonnenberg andLitynskiall competed in the 400-yard medley relay and took fourth overall with a time of 4:02.85
