The English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Department of Calvert County Public Schools will host the 5thAnnual International Night at Calvert High School on Thursday, March 7, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Admission is free for this family event.

The evening will begin with a fashion show of traditional dress representing some of the CCPS student, faculty, and community cultures. The Calvert High School Choir and ASL students will perform musical selections.

Displays made by students will showcase education in their native countries. Students will also lead a panel discussion of schooling in other countries.

Internationally themed stations include crafts, kids yoga, henna tattoos, a photo booth and name writing in different alphabetic scripts.

The ESOL department welcomes the participation of community members in the fashion show. If you would like to participate or have questions about International Night, please contact the ESOL office at 443-550-8042.
