Calvert County Government via Facebook

Prince Frederick, MD- Terrell has worked for Calvert County Government since October 2018. As a computer services technician he helps support more than 1,000 computers including setup, imaging and deployment. After a customer is given a unit, Terrell provides ongoing technical support remotely and onsite, troubleshooting problems and improving user experiences.

One of his goals is to help customers become fluent in computer operations and thus more self-sufficient.

“It’s nice to be able to teach people new things that they don’t know about computers,” Terrell said. “I always try to find new opportunities to help others and take charge.”

Terrell graduated from Huntingtown High School in 2016. He also attended the Career Technology Academy for two years and studied Cisco networking and cybersecurity.
