05/04/19- Deputy Forinash responded to the 40700 block of Willows road in Lexington Park, for the reported single vehicle accident. Contact was made with the operator of the vehicle Gerald Lamont Simon, age 31 of Lexington Park.
Simon was found to be operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol and was charged with Driving Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol Per Se, and Driving While Impaired by Alcohol. CASE# 26096-19
