Britta is approximately 8 years young and fully vetted and micro-chipped. She likes close walks in the yard, hanging around with her humans, and laying on her bed, the couch or her humans’ beds…unless it is time to eat! She is food and treat motivated.

She had a rough start medically in foster, but other than a little arthritis and some allergies, she is on the right path to a healthy life. She will require quality food and supplements as needed. She will require someone with a consistent schedule that she can count on for feeding, love, bathing and bathroom breaks. She is house-broken and crate-trained.

She plays well with her canine foster brother and sister. She is responsive to their leadership even though they are younger than her! She will eat their leftover food and/or “ask” them to leave her some though! She is playful with cats, she pounces and “asks” them to play. She does chase sometimes (not always by any means), her feline foster brother likes it, but we are not sure how that would work out with other cats.

She loads into and out of the car with minor assistance and she LOVES the VET!
