|Tree Trimming: For safety reasons and bus access, the Town will be trimming trees near Town sidewalks, streets and rights of way over the next few weeks.|
Fishing Creek Channel:The Town of Chesapeake Beach received a grant from the Maryland Department of Natural Resources Waterway Improvement Fund to conduct an emergency dredging of Fishing Creek Channel. The Town is currently engaged in the procurement process with DNR for the dredging. For the most current (July 2019) Fishing Creek Channel Survey, pleaseclick here.

(ages 18+) from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.There is no charge for Chesapeake Beach Residents and their guests. September 7 at 10 AM to Noon – OYSTER RELOCATION.CBOCS is moving oysters from the hatchery to Fishing Creek. The location is Marina West. Need 25+ volunteers to load cages, count spat and take the oysters to the creek. Wear water shoes and be prepared to get wet to the waist or sit at the table and count spat. Pizza will be served as usual.
September 9 at 6 PM – The Town Council will hold an Informational Work Session in Town Hall Chambers.
