Disorderly/Hindering- On September 17, 2019, Dep. Graves responded to the 22800 block of Three Notch Road in California, to assist with a vehicle stop. As a result, an individual in the vehicle was taken into custody, at which time Ikia Lachay Chase, age 31 of Great Mills, arrived on scene and began creating a disturbance.
Chase began cursing at officers and yelling, demanding to know particulars of the vehicle stop. Chase was directed to cease her actions and leave the area. Chase refused to leave the area and continued to yell and curse. Chase was subsequently arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing and Hindering. CASE# 53514-19
