News Release, St. Mary’s Ryken High School
Congratulations to Blake Meyer who represented St. Mary’s Ryken in the annual St. Mary’s County Fair Speech contest with her support of arts in school, entitled “High School Musical: Stick with the Stuff You Don’t Quite Know Yet.”
Blake is a junior and Father Andrew White, S.J. School graduate. She is very active in Theatre both at SMR and in the community, is our Varsity Field Hockey Team’s goalie, and is an SMR Biomedical Scholar.
Blake was coached for the contest by SMR English department chair, Head Girls Softball Coach and 2010 alum, Ms. Stephanie Dameron.
