WINCHESTER, Va. – The St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s cross country team continued its season at the Hornet Harrier Invite hosted by Shenandoah University Saturday morning (Sept. 28).
The Basics:
· Location – Shenandoah University – Winchester, Va.
St. Mary’s Top 5 Finishers:
- Sophomore Tyler Wilson finished first for the Seahawks in 52nd place with a time of 21:08.2.
- The second St. Mary’s College runner to finish was Nathan Sayers as he ran a 22:44.1 for 114th place.
- Ronald Wong and Frank Zimmer were the other two Seahawks to cross the finish line with Wong running a 23:33.3 and Zimmer coming in at 23:34.5.
Other Race Highlights
- The University of Mary Washington’s Jeff Gibson finished first overall as he ran a 18:57.6.
- Mary Washington would also finish first overall as a team with a total score of 53.
