YORK, Pa. – The St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s swimming team (1-2) dropped their second consecutive meet as they fell 140-107 to the York College Spartans (3-1) in Capital Athletic Conference action on Saturday (Nov. 2) afternoon.

How It Happened
- The Seahawks didn’t have a first-place finisher until the 24th event but had solid finishes in each event to make the meet competitive. Anri Cifuentes Robinson captured the first Seahawk victory in the 50 Yard Butterfly with a time of 25.41. Cifuentes Robinson followed his performance by finishing first in the 100 Yard IM with a time of 1:00.23. St. Mary’s College of Maryland concluded the meet with a victory in the 400 Yard Freestyle Relay. The team of Peter Orban, Sebastian Ludwig, Jack Kennedy, and Nate Donoghue recorded a time of 3:31.32 for the victory.
- Other notable finishes included Orban (2nd, 50 Yard Backstroke – 2nd, 200 Yard Backstroke), Ludwig (3rd, 500 Yard Freestyle), Ryan Akhavan (2nd, 50 Yard Butterfly – 2nd, 100 Yard IM), Donoghue (3rd, 50 Yard Butterfly), and Jacob Rosenzweig-Stein (3rd, 100 Yard IM).
