WALDORF, MD – Mckayla Wilkes, progressive Democratic candidate for Maryland’s 5th Congressional District, upcoming Town Halls:

Mckayla Wilkes, the Democratic primary challenger to 20-term incumbent Steny Hoyer, will be hosting eight Town Halls throughout January and February for constituents of Maryland’s 5th District. Mckayla is running on a progressive platform that includes the Green New Deal, Medicare-for-All, and ending the federal prohibition on cannabis, all of which Hoyer opposes.

  • Greenbelt – Saturday, January 4th at 12:00 pm / New Deal Cafe
  • Owings – Saturday, January 11th at 2:00 pm / Calvert Library Fairview
  • Leonardtown – Saturday, January 18th at 2:00pm / Leonardtown Library
  • Waldorf – Saturday, January 25th at 2:00 pm / Waldorf West Library
