ST. MARY’S CITY, Md. – The Michael P. O’Brien Athletics & Recreation Center (MPOBARC) cardio room received updates over the winter break and the renovations are now completed. The facility floor was replaced with new rubberized flooring. The cardio room also added four new treadmills, three ellipticals, one ARC Trainer, one Power Mill, and two recumbent bikes.

“The Athletics & Recreation Department appreciates the investment made by the College that will directly benefit the health and wellness of our students, faculty, staff and community members that patronize the Michael P. O’Brien Athletics & Recreation Center,” said MPOBARC Director Tom Fisher. “The new equipment will certainly be in high demand as the students return for the Spring semester.”
