UPDATE 2/19/2020 @7:00 p.m.- via CCSO- On February 19, detectives arrested Darryl Edward Freeman, 17, of Waldorf, in connection with the homicide of Bradley Alan Brown, 17, who was shot and killed on February 18 in the 3100 block of Warehouse Landing Road in Bryans Road, MD.
While detectives continue to follow up on information, they have established the shooting was not random and appears to be drug-related. Freeman was charged as an adult with first-degree murder and other related charges.

UPDATE 9:49 a.m. (via CCSO) On February 18, shortly before 7 p.m., officers responded to the 3100 block of Warehouse Landing Road in Bryans Road for the report of the sound of multiple gunshots.
When officers arrived, they found the victim, Bradley Alan Brown, 17, in his driveway. He was pronounced deceased on the scene. Detectives are pursuing leads and it does not appear this is a random shooting.

Bryans Road, MD(February 19, 2020, 7:30 a.m.)- Charles County Detectives are currently investigating the shooting murder of a seventeen-year-old North Point student in Bryans Road, MD.
Around 7 pm, last night(2/28/2020); authorities responded to Warehouse Landing Road and discovered the victim shot in a driveway.
Another news source has named the victim, however, we are awaiting independent confirmation from the Sheriff’s Office. The Southern Maryland Chronicle communicated with Charles County Sheriff’s Office PIO Diane Richardson this morning through email and she states they are investigating this as a homicide and will release more information shortly.
