PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. – April 22, 2020 – The Calvert County Board of County Commissioners announces the expiration of permits, site plans, subdivisions, road plans and storm water management plans has been extended until 30 days after the state of emergency is terminated and the catastrophic health emergency is rescinded.
On March 12, 2020, Gov. Larry Hogan signed an executive order granting government organizations in Maryland the authority to make the extension.
Calvert County government continues to share the latest updates surrounding Calvert County’s response to COVID-19, including resources, guidance and closures, through a virtual resource center at www.CalvertCountyMd.gov/Coronavirus.
Additionally, the Calvert County Health Department has launched www.CalvertCountyCOVID19.com to help residents keep up with important health information and guidance from reliable sources.
