Meet Lucy who’s currently available for adoption through Humphrey House 4 Homeless Animals.
Lucy is approximately 4 yrs old, completely blind female Rottweiler, and weighs approximately 65 pounds.
Lucy was found starving & roaming the streets of West Virginia. She has been so sweet while in her foster home. It only took her 2 days to learn her foster home and to be housetrained. She is fairly low energy for her age. She usually walks cautiously. She has been interested in the other dogs in rescue and often sniffs out the cats.
I suggest slow introductions to humans and other animals as sudden movements may startle her. She would do best with a fenced yard that she can familiarize herself with. This sweet girl needs structure, routine & lots of love.
