Charles County Citizens Notification System

This is to advise that Commissioner President Reuben B. Collins, II, Esq. ordered the Charles County flag to be lowered to half-staff effective immediately and returned to full-staff on sunset of the day of internment (not yet known). 

This action is to honor Charles County Government employee, Michael Norwood. 

The Charles County flag is presently being flown at half-staff for Charles County Government employee, Mr. Brian Bland, until his internment. 

Mr. Norwood was killed in a motorcycle crash over the weekend of July 18-19, 2020.
