Mechanicsville, MD- While responding to a crash on Golden Beach Road and Jarrell Drive in Golden Beach, MD, the Mechanicsville Volunteer Fire Department(MVFD) was called to the scene of another overturned vehicle with one person trapped on the other side of the county.

Fourteen personnel arrived to find a single vehicle overturned on fire with one trapped on Budds Creek Road near Woodmark Court.

Units worked to get the person free and a MEDEVAC was requested. Approximately 30 minutes after receiving the call, the patient was extricated from the vehicle and transported for medical help.
