SOLOMONS, MD – May 29, 2024 – The Calvert Marine Museum (CMM) is excited to announce that Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Jamey Johnson will take the stage at the Motto Mortgage Preferred and RE/MAX One Waterside Pavilion on Friday, September 6, 2024, at 7 p.m. Johnson, lauded by the Washington Post as one of the greatest country singers of our time, continues to leave an indelible mark on the genre.

Johnson’s career is highlighted by significant achievements, including two Song of the Year trophies from the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association for “Give It Away” and “In Color.” His 2008 album, That Lonesome Song, achieved platinum status, selling over a million copies, while his ambitious 2010 double album, The Guitar Song, earned a gold certification.

Tickets for this highly anticipated event range from $49 to $89, plus additional fees. They will be available for purchase on the Calvert Marine Museum’s official website starting Thursday, May 30, at 10 a.m. EST for CMM members, and on Saturday, June 1, at 10 a.m. EST for the general public.

CMM members are granted the first opportunity to secure their tickets during the Member Presale on May 30. The general public can begin purchasing tickets on June 1.
