DAHLGREN, Va., Nov. 1, 2024—The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) has announced plans to conduct range testing on Friday, Nov. 8, extending operations beyond standard hours from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. During this period, access to Upper Machodoc Creek will be restricted to ensure safety and security.
