MARY’S CITY, Md. – The St. Mary’s College of Maryland Women’s Basketball Team (8-6) cruised to a commanding 82-22 win over the Rosemont University Ravens (0-14) in a United East Conference matchup Wednesday night. The Seahawks controlled the game from start to finish, capitalizing on strong offensive runs and defensive pressure to secure their eighth win of the season.

The Seahawks shook off a slow start to close the first quarter with six straight points from Olivia Liszt, Samantha Blaylock, and Samantha Miller, building a 19-5 lead.
In the second quarter, St. Mary’s found its rhythm from beyond the arc. Marley Saunders, Ji-Young Hartman, and Blaylock each sank a three-pointer, fueling a dominant performance that extended the Seahawks’ lead to 41-12 by halftime.
