St. Mary’s Ryken faculty and staff members were recognized for their dedication and commitment to the school following the annual Catholic Schools Week Mass. The event celebrated individuals who have reached significant milestones in their tenure, highlighting their contributions to the school community.

Among those honored was Holly Kaufmann, who has dedicated five years to St. Mary’s Ryken as a counselor and theology teacher. Her commitment to supporting students both academically and personally has made a lasting impact.

Several individuals reached the ten-year milestone, including Sandy Adams, a 1986 graduate who serves as business office manager, and Cathy Dziekiewicz, a 1988 graduate who works as executive assistant to the president. Betsy Haley, the school’s director of communications and marketing, and Gary Wynn, head football coach and strength and conditioning coach, were also recognized for a decade of service.

Marking fifteen years at St. Mary’s Ryken were Jason Early, a 2004 graduate who teaches history and leads the school’s golf program as head coach, Kimberly Norris, who serves as fine arts department chair and choral director, Susan Spaulding, a world language teacher, and Luke Young, a theology teacher.

The Catholic Schools Week Mass serves as a time to reflect on the dedication of the faculty and staff, whose efforts help shape the academic and personal growth of the students. Recognizing their service highlights the lasting impact they have on the school community and its mission.
