Garrett, based in McHenry, has shown resilience in conference play, with wins over teams like Carroll Community College and losses to leaders like Montgomery. The Lakers’ attack centers on Bianchi, a forward who has emerged as a key scorer, and Hamilton, who adds speed on the wing. Their victory extends a series history where Garrett holds a slight edge in recent meetings.

This loss positions the Hawks for upcoming matches against Hagerstown Oct. 14, 2025, and Montgomery Oct. 16, 2025, crucial for improving seeding. Garrett faces Prince George’s Oct. 14, 2025, aiming to build momentum.
