The armed robbery occurred in a residential area of California, a community in northern St. Marys County near Lexington Park and the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. Sheriff’s Office officials have not released additional details about the victim, the amount of cash taken, the specific location within the block or the circumstances leading to the three initial arrests Sunday.

The charges against Milburn reflect the severity of the alleged offenses, including multiple firearm-related counts under Maryland law. Possession of a firearm by a minor and related handgun violations carry significant penalties in the state, particularly when linked to a violent crime such as armed robbery.

St. Marys County Sheriff’s Office continues to prioritize swift response to violent crime reports in the county’s growing communities. The rapid execution of the warrant on the fourth suspect within 24 hours demonstrates coordinated investigative efforts following the initial apprehension of three individuals.

No further suspects are currently being sought in connection with the robbery. The department encourages residents in the Redwood Lane area and surrounding neighborhoods to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity.

The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges or details may emerge as evidence is reviewed.
