Leonardtown will transform into a magical Sherwood Forest for two days this Memorial Day weekend as RenFest Southern Maryland returns May 23-24.
The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day at Brudergarten Beer Garden, 22725 Duke Street. Guests of all ages are invited to step back in time for an enchanted weekend of live entertainment, medieval merriment and family-friendly fantasy.
This year’s theme centers on the adventures of Robin Hood and his quest for the heart of Maid Marion. The story unfolds against the backdrop of Prince John and the Sheriff of Nottingham, creating an immersive experience where visitors can cheer for the heroes and take part in the legendary tale.
