GREAT MILLS — A new concession stand has opened at Chancellor’s Run Regional Park, bringing food and beverage service back to the popular St. Mary’s County facility.
The CRRP Concession Stand operates from the Hall of Fame Building at the center of the park. Stacey Ray Seldon of Giselle’s Catering manages the stand, which offers pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs, fries, macaroni and cheese, ice pops and assorted beverages.
Chancellor’s Run Regional Park hosts numerous sports leagues and athletic tournaments throughout the year. The facility includes multiple baseball and softball fields, synthetic turf fields, grass multi-sport fields, a playground, basketball courts and newly renovated pickleball courts.

The centrally located concession stand provides a convenient option for participants and spectators during games and practices. Visitors using the playground or courts can also access food and drinks during operating hours without leaving the park.
County parks like Chancellor’s Run support community recreation and organized sports. On-site concessions improve the overall experience for families and athletes by offering quick meals and refreshments close to activity areas.
Operating hours for the concession stand are available on the St. Mary’s County website. Details about park amenities can also be found online. Residents and visitors are encouraged to check current hours before planning a trip.
The addition of food service enhances the park’s role as a central gathering place for sports and leisure in southern St. Mary’s County
