WALDORF — Waterstone Mortgage’s Waldorf branch is celebrating its tenth anniversary this month, highlighting a decade of service to Southern Maryland homebuyers and homeowners.
The branch opened June 20, 2016, under Branch Managers Jeff Leadmon and Neal Tipton. Since its launch, the office has focused on residential mortgage lending supported by personalized service, local market knowledge and operational support.
“When we opened the Waldorf branch, our goal was to create a trusted local resource that clients and referral partners could rely on for guidance, communication, and dependable service,” Tipton said. “Over the past 10 years, we’ve been proud to help families achieve homeownership while building long-term relationships throughout the community.”
The branch has grown significantly in production and team development. Tipton credited the branch’s success to its collaborative culture, experienced team and operational efficiency.
“Our team has more than 100 years of combined mortgage experience,” Tipton said. “That experience, combined with strong internal support and communication, has allowed us to consistently deliver a high level of service to our clients and business partners.”
The Waldorf branch serves a wide range of borrowers, including first-time homebuyers, VA borrowers, jumbo borrowers, self-employed clients, move-up buyers and real estate investors.
