Trespassing- On January 21, 2019, Dep. Shelko responded to the 30100 block of Three Notch Road in Charlotte Hall, for the reported trespassing. Investigation determined Donald Earl Walker, age 31 with no fixed address, entered the business and began yelling and threatening an employee. Walker had previously been served a notice not to trespass at the business. Walker was arrested and charged with Trespass-Private Property. CASE# 4014-19
Assault- On January 21, 2019, DFC. McClure responded to the 2500 block of Aspen Way in Lexington Park for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Cala Joella Murray, age 22 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by striking the victim and biting the victim while the two were arguing. Visible injury was observed to the victim and Murray was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 4160-19
