Violation of Protective Order-  On February 9, 2019, Dep. Chase responded to the 23300 block of Holly Hill Lane in California, for the reported violation of a protective order.  Contact was made with the victim who provided Dep. Chase with text messages and voicemails from Audra Mignon Deitz, age 41 of California, that were sent to the victim.

There is an active court order preventing Deitz from contacting the victim.  Deitz was located and arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order.  On February 10, 2019, Dep. Forbes contacted the victim who reported another violation.  The victim advised once Deitz was released from the detention center, she again sent messages to the victim.  Dep. Forbes observed the messages and located Deitz who was again arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order.  CASE#’s 8609-19 & 8434-19

Assault-  On February 10, 2019, Cpl. Steinbach responded to the 46800 block of Hilton Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault.  Contact was made with the victim who advised James Donald Karhan, age 26 of Lexington Park, pushed the victim out of the residence, injuring the victim’s arm during an argument.

Visible injury was observed to the victim and Karhan was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 8576-19

Assault/Violation of Protective Order- On February 11, 2019, Dep. Forbes responded to the 18200 block of Waterview Drive in St. Inigoes for the reported assault.  The victim advised during an argument David NMN Roche, age 40 of St. Inigoes, struck the victim in the face causing injury.

Dep. Forbes observed injury and bruising to the victim’s face.  Investigation also determined an active protective order was in place prohibiting Roche from assaulting the victim.  Roche was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Violate Protective Order.  CASE# 8629-19

Assault-  On February 11, 2019, Dep. Shelko responded to the 29700 block of Boundary Drive in Mechanicsville, for a reported assault.

Investigation determined the victim and Matthew Aaron Hall, age 32 of Mechanicsville, were involved in a verbal argument, when a struggle ensued over property.  During the incident the victim sustained injury to her hands.  Hall was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 8791-19
